About Me

My Work

I love blending creativity with technology—whether I’m animating motion graphics, building interactive web elements in Rive, or scripting in Python to streamline the process. Over the years, I’ve tackled big HTML banner campaigns with strict file-size limits, helped craft videos for well-known brands, and collaborated on a wide range of B2B and B2C projects. My focus is always on solving problems, staying efficient, and making sure the final visuals tell a story that sticks. I also enjoy working closely with designers, developers, and strategists to turn complex ideas into easy to understand, engaging experiences. Above all, I aim to deliver polished work that meets client goals and encourages audiences to take a closer look.

Biography

I’m originally from Chicago and currently living in the Raleigh area. I’m open to relocating for the right opportunity. When I was younger, I dreamed about seeing my name in the credits on the big screen. Over time, my goals have shifted. Now I find myself at a point where I can pivot if the right path shows up. People tell me I’m very literal and have an analytical mindset. I see creativity as something that matures over time though, and I tackle problems with a brute-force approach: make mistakes, learn from them, and keep moving forward. I also like the idea of convergence and divergence—plan, focus, and refine.

I had an incredible boss, mentor, and friend who taught me a lot about the industry and always had my back. I’m forever grateful for his support, and now I’m ready to use what I’ve learned in new ways. Teamwork, communication, and taking initiative are all skills I value. Growing up, I did karate, soccer, baseball, chess, and taught myself piano and made music. These days, I’m into rock climbing, longboarding with my Husky, playing more piano, watching movies, tinkering with my motorcycle, and going on new adventures. I also enjoy some video games when I have time.

I’m really fascinated by AI and how it could reshape our world in the next few years. Lately, I’ve been testing AI tools in coding projects. I don’t have rigid career plans right now—I just love diving deep into projects that let me learn and grow. Rive has also caught my attention for its interactive animation capabilities, and I’d love to do more with it. For my birthday, I even learned how to surf. I’m big on trying new experiences and challenging myself. If there’s a project that needs someone who will eat, sleep, and breathe it, I’m all in.
