PMI - Youtube Video Series

PMI brought in a YouTuber and a handful of guest speakers to talk about topics like Entry-Level Roles, Power Skills, Sponsors, and Exam Prep. John handled a WFH setup by sending cameras to everyone and recording their interviews, then filmed Kenny reading our script for each video (~10 minutes each). Scherry went back and forth with the client on the overall look, and Phil and I turned those designs into motion graphics, setting up templates for titles, lower thirds, callouts, everything.

It was going great until, halfway through production, the client decided they wanted a different style. We had to redo the graphics across a few videos, which was a decent amount of work. Charles took care of editing the footage, but after a few rounds of revisions, PMI dropped the project. It never went live, but we learned a lot about templatizing graphics and dealing with major style changes midstream.
